Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to try your Stryvora vest. If you are not happy with it for any reason, you can return it for a full refund of the price you paid. This policy applies to every order, wherever in the world we ship it.

How to start a return

Email us at stryvora@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. We will reply with the return instructions and the address to send it to. Please do not send anything back before you receive these instructions: items returned without a prior request cannot be accepted.

Condition of the item

You are welcome to try the vest. We only ask that you return it clean, complete and without damage beyond normal use.

Return shipping

The cost of sending the item back is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered. We recommend a tracked service, because we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm your refund. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at stryvora@gmail.com.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us at stryvora@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Orders that do not arrive

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us and we will resend it or refund it in full.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, return your item and place a new order.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country and does not limit them.

European Union and United Kingdom: you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification. To use this right, email us at stryvora@gmail.com before the 14 days end. You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity that applies to faulty goods.

Australia and New Zealand: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.
